By placing an order with Gihan Beauty LLC (“Gihan Beauty”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for products which are sold on the Site (“Products”), you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.
We amend these T&Cs from time to time. Please check the top of this page to see when these T&Cs were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.
If we have to revise these T&Cs and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

ELIGIBILITY
In order to make a purchase through the Site or to use the services or features made available to you on the Site, you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself, including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, and e-mail address, which is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change in the future, you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. We may change the registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
PRICING POLICY
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this Site, in particular, to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or the prices as advertised on this Site. All prices are displayed, including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus VAT at the current rate and plus the delivery charges as set out during the checkout process.
AVAILABILITY
All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our Site remain in effect for so long as the Products are available or as otherwise stated on our Site. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.
ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS
1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Enter your delivery address and payment details.
3. Before finalizing, review your order, including products, prices, and any additional charges (such as shipping).
4. Click ‘Submit’ to complete your purchase.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
A binding contract is formed when we send the Dispatch Confirmation or when we dispatch the products if no Dispatch Confirmation is sent due to a processing error. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at socialmedia@gemegypt.com, including your order number. We may not accept your order if the product is out of stock, if there’s a product or pricing error, or if payment authorization fails.
Shipping
We deliver within Egypt only. For delivery inquiries, contact our Customer Services team via WhatsApp at +201289977867 during business hours. Your delivery will follow the option you select. Please review the delivery options below for more details. Working days exclude Fridays and national holidays.
We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you and take steps to minimize the impact.
PAYMENT
You can pay through Visa or MasterCard. Payment is debited when your order is placed. You confirm that the card used is yours, and all cardholders are subject to validation checks. If payment is not authorized, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is made. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
To cancel your order, email us at socialmedia@gemegypt.com with your order number. Cancellations are effective the day the email is sent.
If you cancel:
- We'll refund the product price, less any reduction if the product is handled improperly.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after product return or proof of return.
If you request an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll process it within 8 working days. A new contract forms for the exchanged product.
If a product has been dispatched or received, you must return it in its original packaging within 8 working days. Return costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
SALE
All sale and promotional items have been displayed and available to buy at the original, higher price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the reduced price stated on the site. Some items within the sale are promotional; therefore, the prices of these items are subject to change and may increase after the sale period. Standard delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders placed during our sale period. Please note that while all products remain in pristine condition, due to the nature of the sale, some external packaging may appear slightly worn. Sale items cannot be gift-wrapped. Please note that an item could go out of stock during checkout, and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched.
OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these T&Cs. This applies if the loss is a direct result of our breaking the contract or failing to use reasonable care. We only supply products for personal use, not for resale or commercial purposes, and we are not liable for any business losses, such as profit or opportunity loss.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organization, but we’ll notify you in writing. You can only transfer your rights or obligations with our written agreement.
LAW, JURISDICTION, AND LANGUAGE
This site and any contracts made through it are governed by Egyptian law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts. Contracts are concluded in both English and Arabic.
Gihan Beauty and its team are not liable for lost profits, revenues, or any consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or its content.
GIHAN BEAUTY SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By allowing Gihan Beauty to use your Content (photos, videos, text) posted on social media, you agree to the following terms. This includes granting Gihan Beauty the right to use, edit, and display your Content for promotional purposes across various media, such as social media, websites, blogs, and advertisements. You retain ownership of the Content, but by submitting it, you give us non-exclusive rights to use it for lawful commercial purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us.
You confirm:
- The Content is your original work.
- It does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
- The Content is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
- You are over 18 and have the necessary rights to grant Gihan Beauty permission to use the Content.
By agreeing, you indemnify Gihan Beauty from any legal issues arising from the use of the Content. Additionally, you consent to the processing of personal data included in the Content for promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

GIHAN BEAUTY REFUND POLICY
At Gihan Beauty, we ensure all products are genuine and sourced directly from manufacturers. Before shipping, each order undergoes a quality check to prevent counterfeit products. As such, we cannot offer returns or replacements for general reasons.
However, if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 8 working days of delivery. Refunds will be processed for card payments if the issue meets our return conditions.
How to Refund:
- Email our Customer Service at socialmedia@gemegypt.com or contact us via Instagram/Facebook within 8 working days.
- Provide your order number, email, and an image/video of the issue.
- We will arrange for collection and offer a refund or replacement once the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging.
